Data Controller

The controller for data collected on this website is ANDARTA PICTURES, Espace Gambetta, 3 rue Antoine Barnave, 26500 Bourg-lès-Valence, France. Contact: contact@andarta-pictures.com

Data We Collect

This website has no forms. If you write to one of the email addresses shown, we receive the information you choose to send us: name, email address and the content of your message. If you accept audience measurement, we also collect browsing data: pages viewed, date, time and duration of your visit, device and browser type, country of connection, and the site you came from. Your IP address is processed to determine that country, but Google does not store it in full.

Why We Use It

Messages you send us are used solely to reply to them. Browsing data is used solely to understand how the site is used, in order to improve it. We do not use it for advertising, we build no advertising profiles, and we sell no data.

Cookies and Audience Measurement

Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work and for storing your choice are set without consent, as the regulation allows. Otherwise, this site uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure its traffic. These cookies ("_ga" and "_ga_LE2S2HB3S3") are only set after you accept, and are kept for a maximum of 13 months. Until you accept, no data is sent to Google. Google may transfer this data to countries outside the European Union, in particular the United States. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

External Content and Links

Some pages embed videos hosted by YouTube or Vimeo. They only load when you click the player, and we use YouTube's no-cookie mode. Once a video starts, that service's own privacy policy applies. Our online shop (shop.andarta-pictures.com) is a separate website with its own privacy policy.

Data Retention

Email exchanges are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for a maximum of 3 years. Audience measurement data is kept for 14 months. Your cookie choice is stored for 13 months, after which you will be asked again.

Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@andarta-pictures.com. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Changing Your Mind

You can accept or decline audience measurement at any time, with no effect whatsoever on your browsing. The button below clears your choice so you can make a new one.
