Andarta Pictures is a French 2D animation studio headquartered in the city of Bourg-lès-Valence, inside a Pôle Image building called La Cartoucherie.
The company has the wherewithal for coproducing and for offering services in fabricating animated projects (films, series, commercials, etc.). As it is located in the Drôme department of France, the company benefits from French tax incentives, as well as several regional and local subsidies.

Funding exists for cinema, audiovisual, and new media creations (FACCAM). The Auvergne-Rhône6alpes region of France supports audiovisual productions with funding with ever-higher threshold levels. In 2019, the region set the threshold at €300,000. Any project presented must be planned for an initial broadcast on television or an on-demand multimedia service.

Funding for animation projects produced in the Drôme department of France, and particularly in the metropolitan areas of Valence and Romans have been set up by the Centre National de la Cinématographie (CNC). The funding is for animation projects. The threshold for 2019 was set at €300,000. The goal is to foster the creation of animation projects locally.
